Garman of Wesley, Iowa, born in Mason City, Iowa, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis "Frank" Richter and Mary Richter (Gray); and her brother Steve Richter. She is survived by: her husband David Garman of Joseph's Catholic Church; her children, Brian Garman (Linda) of Algona, Paul Garman (Michele) of Corwith, Tim Garman (Amy Hill) of San Diego, Jolene Lamp (Scott) of Newton, Eric Garman (Sarah) of New Hampton and Joshua Garman (Amanda) of Wesley; her grandchildren, Chloe Lachacz (Jacob), Jade Garman (Jesus), Darek Garman, Payton Garman, Tyler Garman (Justine), Kali Garman, Quincy Lamp (Emily), Connor Lamp (Calah), Colin Garman, Claire Garman, Justin Bauer, Emma Garman, Rylee Garman and Alivia Garman; her great grandchildren, Reagan, Raleigh and Reid Lamp; and her siblings, Connie Smith (Walt), Bill Richter (Cathie) of Whittemore, Phil Richter (Rhonda) of Malvern, Tom Richter of Wesley, Mark Richter (Tina) of Johnstown, Jeff Richter (Janice) of Wesley and Jim (Julie) of Corwith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
