He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Ammann; his wife Pam; his daughters, Sara Hook of Frederick, MD and Polly Tousey (Tim) of Pella, IA; his granddaughters, Taylor and Ella; his sister-in-law Karen Ammann of Elk Mountain, WY; his nephew Scott Ammann (Laura) of Des Moines; his great-nephew Zachary; his great-niece Grace; and his nephew Robert J. Ammann of Badger, IA..
