She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Graf and Ethel Graf (Hotle); her son Barry Jon Spradlin; her husband Bobby Brendle; her grandson Joshua Spradlin; her sister Janice Martin; and her brother-in-law Jay Kempf.
She is survived by: her former husband Harvey Spradlin; her sons, Robert Edwin Spradlin (Mary) of Port Angeles, WA, William Harvey Spradlin (Sylvia) of Greer, SC and Brian Lee Spradlin (Lauren) of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Taylor Spradlin, Cruz Spradlin and Madelyn Rose (Blake); and her sisters, Joyce Dillon (Jack) and Donna Wade (Jon) of Wellman, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
