He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph and Pearl Van Voltenburg; and his cousin Chad Van Voltenburg. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Voltenburg and Sharon Van Voltenburg (Dayton); his siblings, Christina Boos (Michael) of West Chester, Jason Van Voltenburg (Misty Gingerich) of Grinnell, Rebecca Crady (Randy) of Grinnell and Debbie Van Voltenburg of Keota; and his children, Lily Van Voltenburg of Sigourney, Lea of Thornburg, Lydia of Thornburg and Memphis Van Voltenburg of Thornburg.
