He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Livezey and Helen Livezey (McCreary); and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Slaubaugh and Robert Jacob. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Slaubaugh of Kalona and Virginia Jacob of Wellman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
