He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen White and Amy White (Martin). He is survived by: his sisters, Crystal Tschantz (Gary) of Davenport and Cynthia Schlabaugh (Craig) of Wellman; and his niece Kelly Tschantz (Andy Levy).
