He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Slagle and Asnath Maudie Slagle (Brenneman). He is survived by: his siblings, Ivan Slagle (Betty) of Plumerville, AR, Kenneth Slagle (Linda) of Newman, GA and Janet Speas (Ralph) of Waco, TX. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for Wellman First Responders and Wellman Fire department.
