He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J Kempf and Alice C Kempf (Fuller); his brothers, Fred and Jay Kempf; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Blades, Lynn Foster and Janice Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Hila Sue Foster of Wellman; his sons, Kenneth B Kempf (Angie) of Wayland, David Kempf (Jayme) of Franklin, WI and Andrew Kempf (Bridget) of Bettendorf; his grandchildren, Amber Kempf (Kelsey Price), Alison Meade (Jesse) and Cole Kempf (Angela); his great grandchildren, Hunter, Drake, Zion Price, Maddi Meade, Lane Kempf, Hayley and Caitlyn Yoder; his sister Aileen Blades; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Kempf, Sonja Woodham, Laura Vogel and Lizbeth Booth.
Masks and social distancing will be required.
Memorials may be given to Washington County Hospice, Mid-Prairie Foundation and Wellman Heritage Society.
