She was predeceased by: her grandson Darren Henry. She is survived by: her husband Jack, Sr.; her sons, Jack, Jr. (Glenda) of West Chester and James Dean (Debra) of Wellman; her grandchildren, Tim, Leah, Jed, Tyler, Jodee and Ian; and her siblings, Robert Kuhns (Shirley) and Fern Yoder. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, many cousins, nieces and nephews.
