Bernice Commers Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2021, at the age of 106, Bernice Commers (Wellman, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Wetrich and Mable Wetrich (Walton); her former spouse Verlin Nickell; her husband Richard Commers; and her brother Ward Wetrich.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Scott (Gene) of Wellman, Bill Nickell (LaVerna) of Wellman and Linda Winterburn (Tom) of Corinth, Texas; and her grandchildren, Carol Glass, Donna Ford, David Scott, Jeff Capper, Eric Capper, Lisa Cole, James Nickell, Todd Winterburn, Scott Winterburn and Kristi Kersey.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the First Baptist Church or Wellman Senior Dinning.
