Albion J. Young Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albion J. Young (Wellman, Iowa), who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Young and Ada Tressia Woolley Young; his wife Vionne Claudine Longstreth of Elma; and his cousin Dan Wooley. He is survived by: his son Robert; his granddaughter Anna of West Windsor, Vermont; his son Brian (Janet); his grandchildren, Allyson and Douglas of Boerne, Texas; and his brother John A Young (Joy) of Shreveport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside memorial gathering will be planned when Covid allows, likely in June.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Asbury United Methodist Church and Planned Parenthood.
