He was predeceased by: his parents, John "LeRoy" Price and Helen Elizabeth Cheney Price; and his son Lee Alan Price. He is survived by: his wife Helen of Tucson, Arizona; his sister Maurine Huang (Jerry) of Carmichael, California; and his children, Lynn Price (Dustin Farnum) of Tucson, Carol Price of Moscow, Idaho, David Price (Frieda) of Fort Mill, Evan Price of Koloa and Douglas Price of La Mesa, California. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
