He is survived by: his grandchildren, Chaynie Nicole and Colby Ray; his wife Bambi Lou Hook of New London, Iowa; his children, Shae Nicole Cohagan, Chaynie, Colby of New London, Jacob Lee Cohagan, Neveah and Alexis of Canton, Illinois; his niece Cari Rohs (Aaron) of Rapids City, Illinois; his great-niece Brianna Ramsdale (Nick); his great-nephew Chase Rohs of Bettendorf, Iowa.; his sister Sharon Lovern (Robert) of East Moline; his nephew Brian Lovern of Silvis, Illinois; his mother-in-law Connie Hook of Weldon, Iowa.; his brother-in-law Scott Hook (Angie) of Weldon, Iowa; his niece Cicily Hook (Cam Young); his great-niece Amelia of Des Moines, Iowa; his nephew Gannon Hook (Destiny Lane); his great-niece Addie; his great-nephew Brody of St Charles, Iowa.; and also, Carter, Landrie, Ayla and Emery of Hillsdale, Illinois.
