It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Teresa Hayes (Webster City, Iowa), born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Newton and Evelyn Newton (Strain); her sisters, Mary, Leona and Irene; her close friend Roger Hayes Sr.; her daughter Roxanne Terry; her son-in-law Rick Terry; and her son David Hayes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Roxie and Dee Weir; her son-in-law Jeff Weir; her son Roger Hayes Jr.; and her daughters-in-law, Polly Hayes and Sonja Hayes. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alzheimer's Association to help fight Alzheimer's & Dementia disease or UnityPoint Hospice of Fort Dodge, IA.
