He is survived by: his wife Sue Shaeffer; his sons, Brian Asklund (Catherine) of Nevada and Jason Asklund of Webster City; his grandchildren, Brittany, Samantha, Skye, Riley, Caitlyn and Conner; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Hendrix, Lillith, Sebastian, Ace and Callum; and his sister Sherryl Rairdin (Ernie) of Cedar Rapids.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center (800 Willson Ave, Webster City, IA 50595). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
