It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Packard of Webster City, Iowa, who passed away on November 17, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Whaley and Nina Bailey Whaley; her husband Clayton Blair Packard; and her siblings, Delavan Whaley, Helen Graham, Doris Nelson, Louise Alexander and Mildred Russell.

She is survived by: her nephews, Terry Stein (Shannon) of Webster City and Doug Stein (Lisa) of Cedar Rapids.
