She is survived by: her husband Frank Lappin; her children, Michelle Casady (Ryan) of Webster City and Bret (Amanda) of Ankeny; her stepdaughter Monique Deal (Bobby) of Darnell, AR; her grandchildren, Maddie, Josh, Katie Casady, Ella and Walker Lappin; her siblings, Robert Palmer (Sue), Karlene Koch (Art), Debbie Tams, Mary Nelson (Forest), Diane Rogers (Terry), Ellen Noble, Marilyn Frisch (Doug), Jim Palmer (Carlene), Peggy Meiers (Kenton) and Barbara Nelson (Rich); and her brother-in-law Roger Lappin of Santa Ana, CA.
