He is survived by: his former wife Julie Couse; his children, Tammie Buttz of Mason City, IA, Tonya Buttz of Fort Dodge and Todd Buttz of Coalville, IA; his grandchildren, Tavia, Kauner, Brayden, Brooklyn and Leah; and his siblings, Gary Buttz (Linda) of Fort Dodge, Sandy Hudson (George) of Fort Dodge, Donna Buttz of Minnesota, Brenda Buttz of Des Moines, IA and Robert Buttz of Fort Dodge. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
