She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Widick and Barbara Widick (Frost) of Webster City; her husband Archie Cook; her sons, Jackson Cook of Webster City, Avery Prew of Dakota City and Dakota Prew of Des Moines; her sisters, Karla Widick (Toby Short) of Webster City and Amy Widick; her stepson Alex Cook (Ciara) of Otho; and her stepgrandchildren, Roman and Fallon. She is also survived by many numerous aunts, uncles and extended family.
