It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Kay Fox of Webster City, Iowa, who passed away on March 24, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Foster and Lydia Lena Carolina Meyer; and her niece Tina Fox. She is survived by: her husband Robert Hogan of Webster City; her children, Jody Price of Iowa Falls, Candy Tjarks (Joey) of Alden, Steven and Bradley Hogan of Iowa Falls; and her siblings, Emmit Fox of Dumont and Fern Griner (Delbert) of Dumont. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 8 great - grandchildren.
