It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Walker (Webster City, Iowa), who passed away on March 11, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jon Walker to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Walker and Lucille Walker (Smith). He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Walker (Patty) of Webster City and Luanne Paper (Greg) of Stanhope; and his nieces and nephews, Wendy Schumacher (Scott), Bill Walker (Kris), Kristy Teague (Joe), Brett Walker (Kasey), Lacey Kite (Jordan) and Kit Paper. He is also survived by 10 great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to On With Life (rehabilitation center for brain Injuries), 715 SW Ankeny Rd, Ankeny IA 50023 or Trinity Lutheran Church.

I remember walking beans at the walker farm, and being treated so well by this nice family. Nasty work for a lazy city kid, but much more tolerable because of their hospitality. Rest in peace jonny!
