She is survived by: her sons, Mark of Webster City and Andy of Webster City; her sister-in-law Edith Meiggs Wombolt (Edie) of Suffolk, VA; her nephew Christopher Wombolt of Vail, CO; her niece Kathryn Wombolt (Kat) of Blackstone, VA; her cousins, Phyllis Allen (Ron) of Bethesda, Thomas England (Kerry) of Columbia, SC, Gary Hanson (Gloria) of Waukee, Janet Sanders (Dick) of Omaha, NE and Judy; and also, Paula Godwin of Creston, David Godwin of Earlham, Johna (Derrick) of Pittsburg, CA, Douglas McIntyre (Jenna) of Newton, Kelly McIntyre of Boone and Justin McIntyre of Indianola.
In 2013 she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and fought a courageous battle over the next seven years.
