He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Robert "Papa" Burney and Bill Bertran; and his great-grandparents, Ed Lamson, LeRoy Erickson and Myra Bruinekool.
He is survived by: his parents, Jason Burney (Britne) of Webster City and Jennifer Wilson Burney (Kenny Harris) of Webster City; his siblings, Mackenzie Burney, Jayde Bertran and Carson Bertran; his grandparents, Cheryl Burney of Webster City, Robert Wilson (Lynn) of Fort Dodge and Marcy Bertran of Webster City; his great-grandparents, Jan Lamson of Greenville, NC and Sue Erickson of Eagle Grove; his pet Simba; his aunt Jamie Johnson (Todd Vesterby); and his uncles, Chris Burney (Teri), Todd Wilson (Angel), Jake Wilson (Kelly), Cody Bertran (Katie) and Bill Bertran (Colette). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
