He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blair and Evelyn Blair (Smith); and his sisters, Roberta Blair and Linda Klein. He is survived by: his son-in-law Jerry; his wife Linda Blair of Webster City; his children, Robert Blair (Diane) of Fort Dodge, Mark Blair (Kelly) of Williams, IA, Francis "Butch" Blair Jr. of Fort Dodge and Tammy Grady (Jerry) of Fort Dodge; and his sister Toni Schmalen (Rick) of Fort Dodge. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
