With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emily Follett of Webster City, Iowa, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on March 19, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Scherich and Ruth Scherich (Harrington); her mother-in-law Elise Follett; her husband Dave Follett; her brother Edgar; her sister-in-law Betty Scherich; her aunt Anna; and her uncle Ross Payton of Webster City.

She is survived by: her children, Tom Follett and Nancy McConnell (Mark); her grandchildren, Zachary McConnell and Dr. Lendie Follett (Paul Clausen); her great grandchild Walter Thomas Clausen; and her sister Jeanie Scherich.
