She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. Hogan and Mary Loretta Conners Hogan; her husband Russell James Foley; her siblings, Doris Ewen (Lee), Lillian Anderegg (Russ) and Donald Hogan; and her brother-in-law Gene Pfertzel.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick Foley (Linda) of Webster City and Tim Foley (Nancy) of Clive; her grandchildren, Ryan Foley (Abby), Julie Foley, Katie Foley and T. J. Foley; her great grandchildren, Lauren and Margo Foley; her sister Gladys Pfertzel of Rockford; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Hogan of Dougherty.
Social distancing will be observed, and masks are required to attend.
Memorials may be made in Dorothy's memory to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
