He is survived by: his former wife Sharon Anderson; his wife LuAnn Moon; his children, Jeffrey of Webster City, Allie, Ashley and Crystal Maxon (Kent); his grandchildren, Kaylee Espe (Brandon) and Keith; his great grandchildren, Dallas Jackson, Mya MacRunnel and Sawyer Jackson; his stepchildren, Donald Claus (Jenny), Krysti Grayson (Scott) and Steven Claus (Tasha); and his siblings, Patricia Chaplin, Barbara Orr, John Dohlman, Alan Dohlman (Judy) and Kathy Sheppard (Todd). He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren.
