He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hansen and Carol Hansen (Heedum); and his pet Foxey Lady. He is survived by: his wife Edie Conover of Webster City; his children, JD Hansen of Mediapolis and Jill Hansen of Des Moines; and his brothers, Tim Hansen (Karen) of Kent, WA, Terry Hansen (Darlene) of Fort Dodge and Dr. Todd Hansen (Leslie) of Asheville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
