It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Tapper of Webster City, Iowa, who passed away on December 4, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Arbogast and Margaret Kearns Arbogast; her husband Weldon Tapper; her son-in-law Fred Hakes; and her brother Rev. Tom Arbogast.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Hakes of Elgin, IL, MaryAnn Tapper Strawhacker (Jeff) of Johnston and Scott Tapper (Lisa) of Webster City; her grandchildren, Matthew Tapper (Janae), Mark Tapper (Hildi), Kate Tapper and Kristen Strawhacker Bonzer (Zach); and her sister Jean Pelz of Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
