She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora George and Florence Boardman (Rhodes); her husband James "Roy" Mills; her sons, Roy James and Roger Bryce Mills; her sister Dorthea Boardman; her granddaughters, Dawn, Pam and Tara; her great grandchild Makinley; and her son-in-law Leland.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Franklin of Odessa, MO, Colleen Burt (Richard) of Urbandale, IA, Mary Kathleen Linn (Jean) of Des Moines, IA, Kevin Mills (Wendy) of Marathon, IA and LuAnn Reese (John) of Laurens, IA. She is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
