He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Fogelman and Sarah Fogelman (Husted); and his sisters, Betty Jensen (Al), Marion Johnson (Don) and Marilyn Braunschweig (Paul).
He is survived by: his wife Faith; his children, Chad Fogelman and Cindy Fogelman of Illinois; his grandchildren, Brittney, Aaron, Kayla and Brianna; and his brother Ron Fogelman of Spencer, Iowa.
