Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Wanda Brooks (Wayland, Iowa), born in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 73, on August 11, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Louis and Dessel Mae Bachman (Wilson); and her siblings, Linda Magneson and Dennis Bachman. She is survived by: her spouse Sid Brooks; her children, Tina Conwell (Jim) of Wayland, IA, Tricia Stirm (Ken) of Des Moines, IA and Tyler Brooks of Des Moines, IA; her grandchildren, Hailey Stirm, Kayla Edgerly (Tony), Sara Conwell, Tanner Conwell and Grace Conwell; her great grandchild Sawyer Edgerly; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Bachman of Rolla, MO. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests gifts of love and friendship be given to Wayland Mennonite Church or WACO Community Schools Foundation.
