She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Liechty and Effie Liechty (Roth); her husband Richard Shumaker; and her siblings, Shirley Calloway, Max and John Liechty.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Shumaker (Carol) of Wayland, Pam Roth (Phil) of Burlington and Scott Shumaker (Misti) of Winfield; and her sister-in-law Gretchen Liechty of Mt. Pleasant. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one great-granddaughter.
