She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrle E. Stephens and Pauline M. Stephens (Jackson); her husband Forrest Dwight Eubanks; and her siblings, Hal, Adrian, Ted, Ray, Bob, Jack, Mary Lou, Delaine, Jill and JoAnn.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy Eubanks (Joan) of Noble; her grandchildren, Jeff Eubanks (Amy) of Crawfordsville, Jason Eubanks (Becky) of Hedrick and Janelle Escher (Donnie) of Washington; and her great grandchildren, Emma Clemen (Travis), Nolan, Sarah, Renae and Henry Eubanks.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Beatty Funeral Home & Cremation Service (107 S 15th Ave, Washington, IA 52353). A burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Crawfordsville Cemetery (3092 305th St, Crawfordsville, IA 52621). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beatty Funeral Home & Cremation Service (107 S 15th Ave, Washington, IA 52353).
