He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert David and Frances Cecil Custer (Schantz). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Dee Blodgett of Wayland; his daughters, Amy Sara Richardson (Chris) of Ainsworth, Jamie Moeller (John) of Keota and Katie Custer of Wellman; his sisters, Roberta Bush of Keota and Terry Van Sickle (J. P.) of Keota; and his grandchildren, Jacob Moeller, Justin Moeller, Jackson Phillips, Max Phillips, Luke Moeller, Emily Moeller, Caroline Richardson and Darrin Richardson.
