He is survived by: his wife Marlys Homeister (Meyne) of Frederika, Iowa; his children, Connie Baumgard (Terry) of Greenwood, Minnesota, Chris Homeister of Grapevine, Texas, Carla Homeister of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Cathy Graf (Matt) of Maquoketa, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Nick Baumgard, Anna Homeister, Ben Homeister and Megan Homeister.
