In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire her loved ones, keeping Victoria's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Gonzalo C and Iluminada Fernandez; her husband Theodore Ecker; her brother Henry E. Fernandez; and her brothers-in-law, Franciso Fernandez and William K. Dunn.

She is survived by : her sisters, Jane G. Dunn of St. Louis, Sylvia Fernandez of Manila and Stella A. Kay of Sydney, Australia; and her stepchildren, Cyndi Ecker (Lyman Campbell) of Waverly and Bruce Ecker (Kim Folkers) of Waverly. She is also survived by sister-in-law.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (2700 Horton Rd, Waverly, IA 50677).
