It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Michel of Waverly, Iowa, born in Mauston, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Michel; his parents-in-law, Harold and Audre Neuhaus; and also Jean Vargas (Michel). He is survived by: his wife Paula Michel of Waverly; his son Seth Michel (Rachel Yoder); his grandson Cohen Michel of Iowa City; and his brother Steve Michel (Mary) of Edwards, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
