He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen M. Hicks (Wilson) and Virgil K. Hicks; and his siblings, Dennis Hicks and Marilyn Hahn. He is survived by: his wife Becky Heller; his stepchildren, Freddie Richards Jr. (Andrea) of Afton, MN and Molly Harriman (David) of Horton, IA; his siblings, Kathy Hinders (Jim) of Waverly, Mary Muller (Meryle) of Plainfield, Luann Hicks of Mora, MN, Julie Bublitz (Jim) of Waverly and Steven Hicks (Roberta) of Waverly; and his half-sister Kay Lotridge. He is also survived by three step-granddaughters.
