He is survived by: his children, Brian Kratchmer of Waverly, Iowa, Lisa Kratchmer of Waverly, Kimberly Abbas (Dan) of Aplington and Kristi Combes (Victor) of Raeford; and his sister Barbara Uhlenhopp of Waverly. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
