He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Foster and Jeanette Foster (Cole). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Elias, Laura of Tripoli, Tony, Danielle Seehase, Alexis Bennett, Marissa Thompson, Ashton Seehase of Waterloo, Tylor and Brennen Seehase of Tripoli; his siblings, Virginia Bass (David) and Rodney Foster; and also, Travis and Tony.
