He is survived by: his children, Ellen Lodge (Brian) of Waverly, Richard Anhalt (Ann) of Ankeny and Thomas Anhalt (Charmaine) of Manassas, Virginia; his grandchildren, Michele Lodge, Aimee Hangartner, Jennie Lodge, Matt Lodge, Robert Anhalt, Ashley Henthorn, Catie Anhalt and Trevor Anhalt; his great grandchildren, Carter Menken, Elliana Brazil, Lelah Brazil, Eva Brazil, Raylan Hangartner and Jackson Henthorn; and his sisters, Ardith Allison of Lincoln, LaVonne Berge of Omaha, Shirley Davis of Cedar Falls and Isabelle Johnston of Dubuque.
