We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2020, at the age of 90, Phyllis Jean Tharp of Waverly, Iowa, born in Orchard, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Jean Tharp to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Morse and Wilhemine "Minnie" Meilahn Morse; her husband Wayne Tharp; and her siblings, Glenn, Dwight, Albert, Keith Morse and Doris Lack.
She is survived by: her children, John Tharp (Amy) of Waverly and Cindy Ackerman of Ankeny; her grandchildren, Nathan Ackerman (Richelle) of Arkansaw, Wisc, Nicholas Ackerman (Rachel) of Polk City and Courtney Tharp of Waverly; and her great grandchildren, Reid Ackerman of Arkansaw, Wisc, Mason and Grayer.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a memorial Mass and luncheon will be held at a later date.
