It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orvel Serfoss (Waverly, Iowa), who passed away on June 19, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Orvel Serfoss to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Serfoss and Meta Serfoss (Schellhorn); his wife Selma Ide; and his sister Delores Hemingson. He is survived by: his children, Susan Lenius (Roger) of Waverly, Nancy Luloff of Des Moines, Iowa and Terry Serfoss of Cedar Falls, Iowa. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a brother.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Cedar Valley Hospice, or the VA Clinic.
