She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. and Sophia Bauer (Huck); her husband Forry; her brother Ewald Bauer; her siblings-in-law, Lois Bauer and Rolland Heiser; her great grandchild Carissa Capper; her nephews, Steven Dettmer and Dean Bauer; and also, Lenora Foelske, Fred Foelske, Ruth Dettmer, LaVern Dettmer, Irene Weyer and Gary Weyer.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Heiser (Linda) of Waterloo and Margyne Smith (Russell); and her sister-in-law Mary Louise Heiser of Washington. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
