She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Woodleigh Wile, Margaret Wile, Paul Wise and Frieda Wise. She is survived by: her spouse Carl Rich Higgins; her children, Amanda Holyoak (Mike) of Merriam, Kansas, Steven Higgins (Melissa) of Waverly and Michael (Kenzie Burkholder) of Waverly; her grandchildren, Brielle Holyoak and Shawn Higgins; her parents, Patricia and Stanley; and her brother David Wise (Patricia) of St. AlbansWest Virginia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
