She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur F. Tiedt and Esther Louise Tiedt (Thiemann); her son Garry Schumacher; and her siblings, LuVern Tiedt and Ellen Riechmann.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Schumacher (Denise) of Waverly, Julie Schumacher of Minneapolis, MN and Sharon Parks of Denver, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Luetta Tiedt of Waterloo. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren.
