He is survived by: his parents, Ellen Ripley O'Meara and Harold Ripley; his wife Anne; his children, Harold Ripley (Judy), Adam Ripley and Melissa Berger (Doug); and his siblings, Barbara Morstad (Tom) and Barry Ripley. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
