With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta Mary Brandt of Waverly, Iowa, born in Fairbank, Iowa, who passed away on June 12, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Shannon and Nellie Shannon (Sheeley); her husband Vernon Brandt; her son Craig Brandt; and her siblings, Leo Shannon, Bernice Sexton and Beatrice Shannon.
She is survived by: her friend Bernice Harrington; her children, Gary Brandt (Michelle) of Waverly, Alan Brandt (Tammy) of Hampton, Linda Gibson (Brian) of Elgin and Karla Brock (Tim) of Cedar Rapids; and her daughter-in-law Kay Brandt of Victoria. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, three great grandchildren, four step great-grandchildren.
