It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Datert Reints of Waverly, Iowa, who passed away on October 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Datert Reints and Lelah Reints (Poppe); his wife Darlene Fenneman; his son Owen; his brother Richard; his brothers-in-law, Herold and Galen; and his great grandchild Jack.

He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Fiske (Mike) of Miles City, MT and Jane Halbert of Lake Elmo, MN; his daughter-in-law Terry Reints of LaSalle, IL; his grandchildren, Peter Fiske (Mandy), Jessica Quaka, Julie Schuler (Dan), Jill Reints (Adam Everson), Jacob Halbert and Jamie Halbert; his great grandchildren, Carson, Mason, Sicily, Connor and Eliot; and his sister Arlene.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
